The Opera's big PROPS' CLEARANCE

We open up the doors to our workshops in Gäddviken and invite you to our props' sales. On June 10 – 12, you will be able to find everything from household goods to furniture, baskets, trunks and other uniquely made props that have been featured in our performances over the years.

To enter the props' sale, you need a pre-purchased ticket for a specific time during the three days of the sale, this is due to security in the premises and parking facilities. The ticket costs SEK 50 and is valid for a party of three people with one vehicle. When your time slot starts, you’ll have one hour to look around and buy what you want, as well as to carry or ship home your finds. It is not possible to reserve items or pick up what you bought later, everything must be brought directly on site.
The exception for ticket requirement is Sunday 2.30-4.00 p.m. and Monday 3.00-5.00 p.m. during those time slots visitors can instead queue for the sale, but also not bring any vehicles, all purchases must then be able to be carried home on their own.
Parking in connection to Gäddviken are limited, we therefore ask visitors by car to come in close proximity to their reserved time.
Tickets are bought further down on this page, and then shown on your mobile phone or printed on site in Gäddviken. Please note that the ticket will not be refunded even though you’re not making any purchase.

All proceeds from the sale will go to the Young Opera Fund, which contributes to the development of Young at the Opera's activities for children and young people.

Tips and information
1. Feel free to bring your own bags to carry home your treasures in. We will also sell bags on site for SEK 10.
2. All props are sold in current condition.
3. The Royal Swedish Opera reserves the right to sell out the sale.

Bus 402 from Slussen to stop Gäddviken, alternatively bus 53 or 71 to Henriksdal and then about 10 minutes walk to Kvarnholmsvägen 56.

PARKING
The parking intended for the prop sale visitors is connected to the Gäddviken workshops. Follow the signs and instructions from staff on site. For heavy and bulky items, it will be possible to drive up to the gate and pick up your purchases when you have paid.

PAYMENT
You can pay by card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) or Swish. We do not accept cash.
