From Uppsala, educated at Vadstena Academy of Singing and Piano and at the Hochschule für Musik Theater und Medien, Hannover. Karl has in recent years appeared in opera roles in Germany. In 2023 he participated in the Birgit Nilsson masterclass and in 2024 he was one of the finalists in the Confidencen Opera & Music Festival Young Artist Program.
