Your contribution help us continue to present extraordinary performances, maintain the craftsmanship and invite guest artists from around the world. Therefore, we are very grateful to everyone who wants to make a contribution to the Royal Swedish Opera.
As a thank you for your contribution over SEK 200, you will receive a gift. It is also possible to contribute when you buy a ticket to the Opera's performances. So, what makes your heart skip a beat? Find more details about each appeal below.
Donate – don’t spend
With Black Friday as the starting point, this year’s Christmas campaign for our fundraising for the benefit of the Young Opera, the Royal Swedish Orchestra 500 years and the Young Dancers of the Royal Swedish Ballet begins. Together, your contributions will build the Gift Tree that takes pride of place in the main entrance to the Opera House. We will fill it with symbols of the Opera’s artistic expressions: The Gift Tree will become an emblem of your contributions to our art!
Everyone who donates 200 kronor or more to our appeals is also invited to the Christmas tree looting on January 7, the last one we have before the renovation, don’t miss it!

Young Opera
Unga Operan/Young Opera has existed for more than 20 years, and to strengthen this artistic department, we have started the appeal for the Young Opera, where all contributions, big or small, will go towards developing the activities that aim to reach children and young people through opera, ballet and dance based on their perspective and needs.
