The NutcrackerAt Cirkus
The Nutcracker
The Nutcracker, choreographed by Pär Isberg, is one of the Royal Swedish Ballet’s greatest successes. The plot has been updated with Elsa Beskow’s fairytale characters, and Tchaikovsky’s dance fantasy has become a Christmas tradition for audiences of all ages. This year’s performance will be staged at Cirkus.
Performances & events at the Royal Swedish Opera
Every year we propose a number of different productions at the Royal Swedish Opera; everything from completely newly written productions to classic vintage masterpieces. We preserve tradition while pushing boundaries. All in three main areas; opera and ballet as well as activities for children and young people.
