Frequently asked questions about subscriptions
-
Can I cancel my subscription ticket?
You cannot cancel a ticket that is part of a subscription against a credit.
However, if you have fallen ill or been prevented from attending, you can exchange your ticket for another date fof the same performance, which you can do up to 24 hours before the start of the performance.
You can do this yourself online via your account, or by contacting customer service at [email protected] and telling them which date you would like to change your ticket to. Please enter the order number and we will find your order more easily.
Pllease note that any changes made within a subscription will be charged full price and if a change is made for cheaper seats, there will no refund of the difference. -
Do I have priority on tickets as a subscriber?
Our subscribers can buy tickets with priority. Usually, all subscriptions are released at least two weeks before the regular ticket sales start, giving subscribers plenty of time to secure a seat for the most popular shows. If you have a fixed subscription (that is, all subscriptions except Flex), you will automatically be "transferred" to the next season. Your tickets will then end up in your account and you have two weeks to decide whether you want to continue - or perhaps change your subscription!
-
Can I buy a subscription as a student?
It is especially advantageous to buy a subscription if you are under 26 or a student: all our subscriptions (except the one for premieres) give you a 25% discount on tickets to begin with. As an under 26 or student, you also have half the price in the entire auditorium - in other words, you pay less than half the price for your subscription!
