The Nutcracker

The Nutcracker, choreographed by Pär Isberg, is one of the Royal Swedish Ballet’s greatest successes. The plot has been updated with Elsa Beskow’s fairytale characters, and Tchaikovsky’s dance fantasy has become a Christmas tradition for audiences of all ages. This year’s performance will be staged at Cirkus.

Die Fledermaus

Johann Strauss II, a master of the art of composing waltzes, wrote Die Fledermaus in 1873. It has since become one of glittering Vienna’s best loved operettas. Guest appearance at Filadelfia Convention Center in Stockholm.

The Royal Swedish Opera is Sweden's national stage for opera and ballet, founded by King Gustav III in 1773. The heart of opera in Sweden and home to opera singers, the Royal Swedish Opera Chorus and the Royal Swedish Ballet, the country's only classical ballet company and one of the world's oldest. The Royal Swedish Orchestra is also one of the oldest in the world, founded in 1526. We offer both adults and children strong emotions, tulle, pointe and tragedy.
